There were 49.6 alcohol-related deaths per 100,000 people in Trafford in 2017 which is similar to the England average. This is the lowest rate in Greater Manchester which itself has a significantly higher rate of alcohol-related mortality than England: 57.3 deaths per 100,000 people.
